The Ministry of education said about the right of universities to postpone the beginning of the school year

The Ministry of education said they are preparing to the standard beginning of the school year, but other options are possible. Thus, the Agency noted that the University move the start of the school year up to two months if the situation with coronavirus in the region does not allow to start classes before. In addition, the Ministry is considering another option - learning in a distance format.
