We will leave a billion: what Lukashenko agreed with Russia

There will be no devaluation of the Belarusian ruble - and Russia will help Belarus in this, promised Republic of Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko. The first stage of Russian aid is an agreement on debt restructuring of $1 billion. However, neither Lukashenko nor most Belarusians are ready to pay for financial assistance with the loss of sovereignty, experts warn.
